With a belief that people should get what they want in life and not settle for less, Carolyn has an approach to real estate, and business overall, that works. “I have a keen understanding of today’s market, and I enjoy sharing that insight with my clients on their behalf”. Using her corporate background with NetJets, Slim Fast and Dassault Falcon Jet, her dedication to success and attention to detail reach beyond her former careers. “Having challenging schedules and constantly changing agendas has helped me become a flexible, creative and accomplished professional who is able to achieve my own goals and assist others in attaining theirs”. After a career in corporate jets, Carolyn entered into Real Estate as her life brought her full circle back to Montana and to her husband, a local physician in the Flathead. In her years of real estate, Carolyn has focused on Lake front property on Swan and Flathead Lake and waterfront property throughout the Flathead Valley. As a Montana native, Carolyn has a personal love and appreciation for the area and for its diverse cultures - whether native or foreign. She is accustomed to working with people of notoriety and has a finesse and understanding that comes with this market. “I am non-judgmental and aspire to diversity”. Her zeal for life as a whole can be appreciated through her extensive involvement in the community and the quality time she finds with her family and close friends - indoors and out. She loves to water ski and snow ski, work on remodel projects with her husband and learning Taekwondo. Outside, Carolyn is a true adventurer with a passion for biking, hiking, skiing, fishing and exploring the great outdoors. Sharp and sensitive, her perceptive nature is her hallmark. “My clients become friends for life for a reason; I listen to their needs then become ultra-focused until my job is done. I always enjoy the interaction with my clients and love sharing all that the Flathead Valley has to offer”. Living in Montana is Carolyn’s own affirmation to her life’s successes. She is positive and progressive in every way and is prepared to help you with your next real estate investment.

I hail from the Midwest and enjoyed living in Iowa for a lifetime until we moved to the Flathead 5 years ago. I was raised on the farm that I eventually came to manage. I have a varied background in livestock and row crop farming with many experience with Real Estate. Being a Realtor in Montana is so great! Meeting lots of local and people from all over the world who also want to experience the lifestyle we now love as well is very rewarding. I enjoy sewing, scuba diving, boating and exploring all of the interesting places in this area. I love the challenge of helping people sell or purchase the property of their hopes and dreams. Please call me for a dedicated, hard working agent with your best interests in mind!

After 31 years as a CPA working in the Finance Organization of multi-national oil company, with the last 21 of those years living overseas, I'm very pleased to now call the Flathead Valley my home. 10 years ago my wife and I bought waterfront property on Flathead Lake and built our house, and it geniunely was our Montana dream come true. As we are sailors, kayakers, hikers, skiers and avid motorcyclists, the Flathead Valley and Flathead Lake has everything we could ever want in seasonal or year-round living. As I begin my second career in real estate, I would be very happy to help you find just the right property to make your Montana dream come true.
